1. Who we are

uComply is a trading name of Viewing Ltd, licensed by Innovation City (Ras Al Khaimah) licence 07011436. Address: Office A, Desk 376, Ground Floor, RAK BANK ROC Office, Innovation City Business Centre, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Rifaa, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 30099. Contact: admin@ucomply.work. In these terms, "uComply", "we" and "us" mean Viewing Ltd trading as uComply; "you" means the business or person using our website or buying from us.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website ucomply.work, the free first check and briefing, the uComply ASP Quote and uComply Core. By paying for either paid offer you accept these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

3. What we are, and what we are not

  • Everything we publish or say is general information about UAE e-invoicing. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. For your own position, speak to your accountant or tax adviser.
  • We are not an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). We do not transmit invoices, host invoice data or connect to the e-invoicing network.
  • We never log in to EmaraTax as you, never ask for your EmaraTax password, and never appoint a provider on EmaraTax for you. Choosing and appointing a provider is always your decision and your action.

4. The free first check

The check on our website and the plain-English briefing by email are free. There is no obligation to buy anything.

5. uComply ASP Quote (AED 1,100, one-time)

  • You do not pick providers, and there is no minimum number of providers to choose. We approach all ASPs (Accredited Service Providers) for a written quote for your needs, collect the quotes and give them to you laid out like for like, so you can compare them. If an ASP declines or refuses to quote, we tell you that as well.
  • When the 5 working days start: the 5 working days start once you have finished entering your company details and clicked to get quotes. They do not start when you pay.
  • Our promise: 3 real written quotes in 5 working days, or your money back. If we do not deliver at least 3 real written quotes within those 5 working days, you can ask for a full refund of AED 1,100.
  • Refunds are not automatic. To get your money back, you must ask for a refund by emailing admin@ucomply.work. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Stripe. A formal complaints procedure will follow; until it is published, send any complaint to admin@ucomply.work.
  • We never pick a winner and never recommend one provider over another for payment. The quotes are the providers' own offers. Their prices, terms and services are between you and the provider, and any contract you sign is with the provider, not with us.
  • To ask for quotes we share with the ASPs we approach the description of your needs that you approve before we send it.

6. uComply Core: Founding Member year (AED 2,100 per year)

  • Core is desktop software that scans folders on your own computer. Your files are scanned on your computer and never leave it.
  • You may run unlimited scans of your own folders on up to 2 computers.
  • For 12 months from payment, Core includes the fines finder and the sanctions finder when they are released, and every update released in that period, at no extra cost. We do not promise release dates.
  • 14-day refund: if you ask within 14 days of payment, we refund the full amount.
  • Renewal: Core is billed through Stripe as a yearly subscription. After the Founding Member year it renews annually unless you cancel. We will confirm the renewal price to you before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time by emailing admin@ucomply.work; cancelling stops the next renewal, so you are not charged again.

7. Prices and tax

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED, shown as AED) and without tax. Viewing Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we will say so on this page before it applies to any new purchase.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

9. Referral fees

uComply may receive a referral fee from the provider you choose to sign with. It never affects which quotes you see, because we approach all ASPs and pass on every quote we receive, and every refusal.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information when you ask for quotes.
  • Use Core only on folders and computers you are entitled to scan, and do not resell, copy or reverse-engineer it.
  • Check dates and rules with the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Authority before you act. Deadlines can move.

11. Liability

We provide information and services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by tax authorities or providers, for a provider's prices or performance, or for penalties arising from your own filings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

13. Changes and contact
