1. Who is responsible for your data
Viewing Ltd, trading as uComply, licensed by Innovation City (Ras Al Khaimah) licence 07011436, Office A, Desk 376, Ground Floor, RAK BANK ROC Office, Innovation City Business Centre, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Rifaa, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 30099, is the controller of the personal data described here under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL"). 2. What we collect
- Free check and briefing: your first name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the situation and industry you pick, and the page you came from.
- Voice desk (when it is switched on): what you say on the call, its transcript, and any details you choose to give. The voice desk is an AI assistant and tells you so.
- Payments: Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, billing address, any tax ID you enter, what you bought and the payment status. We never receive your full card number.
- ASP Quote: your company details, the description of your needs that you approve before we send it to the ASPs we approach, and the quotes and refusals they send back.
- uComply Core: scanning is local-first. Core reads your folders on your own computer and your files and their contents never leave it. We hold only what is needed to issue and check your licence.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your EmaraTax password, passport or Emirates ID.
3. Why we use it
- To send the briefing and the next step you asked for (your consent).
- To deliver what you paid for: quotes, licences, support and refunds (performing our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and payment records (legal obligation).
- To contact you on WhatsApp only if you gave us your number and agreed.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data or your files to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payments.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores the form and lead records it receives.
- Vapi (voice carriage) and the speech and AI services it uses, only if you use the voice desk.
- Our CRM and email tools, to follow up as you asked.
- The ASPs we approach for your quotes: only the approved description of your needs.
5. Where your data is kept
Some of these providers store or process data outside the UAE (for example Netlify, Stripe and Vapi). Where that happens we rely on your consent or on the transfer being needed to provide the service you asked for, as the PDPL allows. Files scanned by uComply Core stay on your computer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep lead and contact details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them for, and payment records for as long as UAE law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@ucomply.work from the address you used, or tell us the email or number you gave us. We reply within 30 days.
8. Security
Access to our systems is limited to the uComply team. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
10. Changes
